How do I book a ride with MiRide?
Download the MiRide app on iOS or Android, create an account, enter your pickup location and destination, choose your vehicle class, and confirm. You'll see the fare before you confirm — the driver comes to you.
What payment methods does MiRide accept?
You can pay with the MiRide Wallet, EcoCash, or cash. OneMoney, InnBucks, Visa, and Mastercard are coming soon. You can see all payment options in the app.
Is MiRide safe?
Every driver is KYC-verified — National ID, Driver's Licence, and Vehicle Registration are verified by our team before a driver goes live. Rides include PIN verification at night, an SOS button with audio recording, and automatic trip-sharing with your emergency contacts. Read more on our safety page.
Which cities is MiRide available in?
MiRide is live in several cities across Zimbabwe, with more launching soon. Visit miride.app/cities to see current coverage and check if your city is live.
